I wanted to give a stellar review for Dr. Golen. His bedside etiquette was great. His office staff and medical staff were great. Wait times and procedure times have been amazing. Everyone is very professional, warm and caring. Definitely recommend him and his whole staff.

Dr. Golen and his team are kind, professional, and listened to my concerns. I was not just a “number.” They took their time to make sure I felt comfortable and understood what I must do to help my eye heal. From the moment I walked in, until I left, I felt the genuine care and concern that Dr. Golen and his team has for their patients. My sister said that the front staff was kind and courteous to everyone she interacted with. I will happily refer my friends and family to Dr. Golen and his team.
Answer all my questions, very professional. The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Highly recommend this practice.

Dr. Golen and his staff were amazing and extremely professional. It was such a simple and stress-free process. We had a pretty severe case, and Dr. Golen handled it so well. I’m so thankful for him and his team. I would definitely recommend him…he earned those five stars.

I just had a complete & thorough ophthalmology exam, including dilation in under an hour. This is the most efficiently run ophthalmologist I’ve been to in my 30 years in Central Florida. I made the appointment on line and was seen in less than 24 hours. The office staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. Dr. Golen has an excellent bedside manner, takes time to listen to your concerns and addresses them. It seems that every other time I’ve been to an eye doctor (whether MD or optometrist) I’ve had to go back to the waiting room to “wait” for my eyes to dilate. Not here, once I left th

Very impressed with Dr. Golen and his staff!
I drive an hour to see Dr. Golen. I’m a nurse so I understand the ‘lingo’ so I understand medical stuff easier than most. Dr. Golen is straight forward, kind, compassionate. I had trouble with my gps and had difficulty finding his building so I was late and he still saw me. Thank you Dr. Golen.

My trip to Dr. Golan was one of urgency. My left eye was bloodshot, painful, and I did not know of an ophthalmologist. On my call, the office was helpful and friendly. She set the phone down to speak with Dr Golan. They squeezed me in at noon the next day and took care of my eye. Thankfully it was not serious- but if it was; my eye and vision were in good hands. They earned my appreciation and future business!

Professional, timely, engaging, helpful; well organized and spacious office. Bilingual staff. Above all, medically proficient.
The staff was so friendly and amazing, they gave you a great warm welcome when you come in. The doctor is wonderful explain everything in detail give you time for all your questions, and the surgery went smoothly with the least amount of pain. I am so grateful I went there.

Dr. Golen is tops in his field! He is a superb educator and puts you at ease from the moment he meets you. His office staff is professional and kind, they were prompt to call me when his surgical day changed to change my appointment date for my 6 month follow up appointment.
Really good and knowledgeable person. Highly recommended.
